Nine is Fine

Beans, Bennet, Brynners, Bwennows, Yuletide, B, Beatrice, Sweetheart, Cutie Pie, My Brynn, No-My-Brynn, and My-little-Brynny are all alias names for our youngest. She answers to all of them. She even prefers to be called some of them. She understood at a very early age that they were all terms of endearment and that the speaker speaking them loved her. "Brynn" is just what someone calls you who doesn't know you all that well... your teacher, the nurse in the waiting room at the doctor's office, the census taker.
Yes, we call her many things, but most importantly, we call her OURS.
We recently celebrated another birthday with Brynn. She's not quite the decade mark yet, but well on her way.
I can't believe our baby is NINE. Any day now she'll be walking through the door and telling us she's in love and getting married.
Ok, so maybe not ANY day now; I'm being dramatic. But boy, time is flying by.
We were lucky enough to celebrate Brynn's birthday a number of times this year: grandparent outings, sleepovers, a family dinner, and a friend party at Color Me Mine in Provo (http://www.provo.colormemine.com/ .... HIGHLY recommend it).

We just love Brynn. She brings so much happiness and noise to our house. With her around, there's always a handstand to dodge, a craft area to tidy, and a little head to hang a sparkly hat on.
She keeps us smiling with her eagerness and excitement for life.
Nine Things We Love About Brynn:
1) She keeps us honest. 2) She keeps things going. There's always a party when she's around. 3) She's the protector of traditions such as Family Home Evening and Gingerbread Houses. 4) She sings and sings and sings 5) She can put her siblings in their places 6) She loves school and her teacher. 7) She's a good snuggler 8) Her smile 9) She shows her love for us, her family, in many different ways. I hope she enjoyed her birthday week, because I know I did. We're just so glad she's ours.
